Your information

Your borrower answers and private broker preferences are not part of the public broker network.

Your saved journey

Borrower journeys, broker accounts and matching preferences are stored privately in the platform database under your signed-in identity. Financial figures are customer-stated and unverified. No documents or account numbers are needed for matching.

Your saved summary is not sent to a broker when you view a profile or save a broker choice. Sign-in protects access to your private answers and account.

Optional notes and AI assistance

If you write an explanation, selecting Next requests AI help to interpret it. When available, our AI service receives your explanation and the relevant questions and answers, including relevant answers from earlier pages. Typing or saving a draft alone does not request an interpretation. Your identity record, unrelated saved notes and broker information are not sent.

Operator and contact

Your Broker Match, ABN 62 236 466 017, is operated as a sole trader business. The legal operator is identified in our Terms of Use. For support, privacy requests or complaints, email support@yourbrokermatch.com.

Broker agreement records

For broker onboarding we collect the contracting legal entity, ABN, signatory name and role, verified account identity and email, express acceptance declarations, acceptance time and the exact version and text of the agreement. We retain a tamper-resistant acceptance record to administer the contract and resolve disputes. You can download your accepted contract and receipt from your broker account. An ABN format check is not a registration or licence verification. Requests to correct identity details or delete retained evidence require operator review; original evidence may need to be preserved for legal claims, with corrections recorded separately.

Processors and sharing

The consolidated service is prepared for Cloudflare hosting, D1 database storage and private R2 broker photo storage, with Clerk sign-in. The earlier questionnaire trial remains hosted through Sites until migration is completed. Support email uses Google Workspace. Submitted written answers use OpenRouter, JEV and optional DeepSeek assistance. Current-question context is sent; free text can itself contain personal or financial information. Avoid unnecessary identifiers or sensitive details. Requests require zero-data-retention routing and disallow provider data collection; this is a routing control, not an independent audit of every processor. Processing locations, contracts and a complete overseas-recipient assessment remain under review.

When introductions are enabled, separate consent identifies a broker and the precise reviewed summary and contact information shared through their private inbox. Saving a choice alone remains private. Broker-reported progress is not independent lender evidence. CRM connections require the broker’s setup request, an approved provider connection and tested status mappings. They receive minimal referral identifiers and reported milestones; a setup request alone does not establish connectivity. No automatic email notification or marketing sender is connected. When enabled, a private Gorse recommendation service receives pseudonymous identifiers and controlled preference labels, excluding contact details, raw notes and financial amounts. Confirmed fee receipts and explicit reversals can train it; missing payment is not a negative outcome. Learning remains disabled pending setup and evaluation.

Access, correction, deletion and retention

Your private questionnaire lets you review and correct answers, download your saved journey and delete an unshared journey, including its stored interpretation history. Shared referral records need operator review and downstream handling. Withdrawal stops further inbox access but cannot recall information already copied by a recipient.

Core journeys and broker records currently remain until deletion or an operator action; there is no approved automatic retention period yet. Hosting backups may persist after application deletion under the hosting provider’s retention. The category retention schedule, vendor processing assessment and complaint process must be completed before real referrals. See the Contact and Terms pages for current readiness.

Understanding how a journey starts

Within your current browser session, we can retain the public page where you began, a broad referrer category and milestones such as starting or completing the matcher. Those details can be saved with your journey to understand which pages help people reach useful results.

We do not retain referrer search terms, URL query strings or cross-site advertising identifiers. First-party analytics use a random visit cookie that expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. The site owner can see page views, broad referral sources, question stages reached and matching outcomes. Analytics contain no borrower answers, financial figures or names, are retained for a rolling 90 days and are removed when a new visit starts after that period. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. No third-party analytics requests are made. A broker-profile visit is not counted as consent to an introduction.
