Why fit matters
Two brokers can cover the same state and handle the same transaction, yet prefer different work. One may welcome early-stage customers who want each step explained. Another may prefer an established investor with a clear plan. A business owner, a person arranging a build and someone reviewing an existing loan may each need a different conversation.
Our role is to organise those differences. We use participating brokers’ declared coverage, preferred case mix and service style alongside the details a borrower chooses to share. We do not present those declarations as an independent measure of broker quality.
A focused, digital-first service
The matcher supports residential property situations in Australia. Property state and territory coverage remain relevant, but local meeting distance does not determine the match. You can express preferences for phone, video or written communication, a language and appointment times.
The journey gathers enough context to improve broker discovery and preparation. It does not attempt to replace a mortgage application or a broker’s later assessment. Approximate amounts and incomplete information are expected at this stage.
Clear boundaries
We work with a participating network. We do not claim to search every broker in Australia or compare home-loan products. Neither a suggested broker nor a lack of suggestions establishes loan eligibility or likely approval.
Approval to participate, independently verified identity or licence information, and broker-supplied profile claims are distinct. We only display verification where a corresponding verified state is recorded.

Payment does not influence your match ranking. Your suggestions reflect the details you share and the participating brokers’ coverage, preferences and availability.
You can explore profiles, review the reasons for a match and keep a summary of your situation. Your saved summary stays private; selecting a broker does not send your information or book a conversation.
